I'm Chris Nowakiwsky, a Broker Associate on The Real Estate Experts team at RE/MAX Professionals. I help families buy and sell in central Denver's established neighborhoods.
My Story
Real Estate Runs in the Family
I grew up in Breckenridge, where my parents ran a property management business and my father held his real estate license. Conversations about property, markets and what makes a home a good investment were part of everyday life, and they taught me early how much a real estate decision shapes a family's future.
I've spent ten years in the real estate industry, starting with RE/MAX in 2016. That background gave me an inside view of how the business works, from the systems and market data to what separates great agents from average ones. Today I put it to work for my clients as a Broker Associate on The Real Estate Experts team at RE/MAX Professionals.
Off the clock, I'm with my family, on the ski hill, on the water, or watching soccer.
